Family Portrait

Owen drew us a family portrait today on his art easel. The figure on the left of our house is Shea, and I'm on the right side, "holding Eric." Owen is below the house "because [he's] short" and he drew leashes so that he is walking Toby and I am walking Finley. When asked, he said that the house doesn't have a door because this is the "other side." :)

Eric...almost crawling, but not quite

I made Eric's hair a little spikey after his bath the other day, and thought it looked cute, so here is a pic of him. :)

He's been making some attempts to crawl, and is dragging himself along his stomach pretty well to get a few feet over to a toy or his Mommy, but no real crawling yet. I'll post a video when it happens!

Owen at soccer camp...again

The British Challenger Soccer program is having a 2nd round of soccer camp here this month, so Owen is back at soccer camp. I don't know if he looks any older since it has only been 2 months since his last soccer photos, but here he is, looking so BIG!

Eric playing

Here is a video of Eric playing with his toys. He is really great at balancing these days, which seems to mean he actually falls over more often because he stretches and reaches farther to get a toy. :)

Owen's flags

Owen is very into art projects. I showed him how to make a flag out of a small drawing and he made these two flags one night. I had to make this pic bigger than usual so you could see the flag drawings. The purple one is Mickey Mouse and the yellow one is a self-portrait.

Eric and Finley

Eric really likes to sit next the dogs and grab at their faces and heads. Finley tolerates this very well, probably from laziness more than affection at this age, but it works for a good picture. Toby usually moves right away. :)
